Mahi Mahi
is a Hawaiian fish that lends itself to a chocolate
background offset by a citrus dressing.
The sight of
a menu that mixes chocolate with mash potatoes is always
going to raise a few eyebrows, not to mention breakfast
served in a cup. However, that is no cause for concern
for Senior Development Chef at Sodexho Prestige, Julian
Gill. Gill created the menu as part of the 2004 ‘Event
Solutions - Live’ theme - “Like you’ve
never experienced before.” The theme was chosen
to illustrate just how this roadshow takes a new look
at aspects of the event industry.
Only a few days
remain before the first date of the Event Solutions
